The best contracts still start over lunch.

Let's Do Lunch connects verified senior buyers with the suppliers they actually want to meet, for the big contracts and the specialist ones: from total FM and major works to data centres, energy and fire safety. Anonymous until both sides say yes, then one button puts lunch in the diary.

How it works

From the right profile to the right table

No cold calls, no gatekeepers, no procurement inbox nobody reads. Four steps, and both sides stay in control the whole way.

  1. Get verifiedWe check your role against LinkedIn, Companies House and your company email before you see anyone.
  2. Browse anonymouslySee sector, contract size and credentials. Names, logos and photos stay hidden.
  3. Match when it's mutualContact details only unlock when both sides say they're interested.
  4. Let's Do LunchOne button checks both diaries, suggests a venue halfway and sends the invites.
Who it's for

Two sides of the same table

For buyers

The best people for the job aren't always at your table. Yet.

  • Meet vetted suppliers without your current ones knowing you're looking.
  • Only see firms whose accreditations and insurance meet your requirements.
  • Block anyone you never want to hear from, including their group companies.
  • Tell us when your contract renews, privately, and we'll bring the right people in good time.

Free for buyers.

For suppliers

  • Reach directors and C-suite decision-makers, not a generic inbox.
  • See who's coming up for renewal before the tender goes out.
  • Get live public tenders from every UK portal, including Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and Public Contracts Scotland, from major frameworks to specialist packages, matched to your sectors and regions.
  • Track every lunch through to proposal, tender invite and contract.

Subscription by seniority tier. Your first month is free to browse.

Questions

Before you sit down

Who can join?

People who buy or supply services for organisations. On the buying side: directors, heads of department and C-suite. On the supplier side: business owners, directors and business development managers. Every member is verified, and each buyer decides which levels of supplier can contact them.

Will my current suppliers see me browsing?

No. Profiles are anonymous until both sides say yes, and you can block specific companies so they never see you at all.

Does a match guarantee work?

No. We make introductions between the right people. Buyers still follow their own procurement rules, and work may still go out to competitive tender, where you compete on the same terms as everyone else. A lunch is the start of a conversation, not a promise of a contract.

What does it cost?

Buyers join free. Suppliers subscribe on a tier based on the seniority of buyers they want to meet, and every new supplier gets a free first month to browse.

Do I have to actually have lunch?

No. Lunch is the idea, but you can choose a 30-minute "virtual coffee" on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, or a phone call, instead. Handy if you are at opposite ends of the country. Every option sends you both a calendar invite and the meeting brief.

When does it launch?

We're building it now. Everyone who pre-registers hears first.
